Paintings

One of my earliest memories….

“I am standing at an easel set up in the family room of our home and I am painting the beautiful liquid amber in the backyard in all it’s glorious autumn colour”.

I love the joy of putting paint to paper or canvas, the deliciousness of it all, the smell of the paint, the freedom the brush affords me, the act of creating a new image where there wasn’t one before.

I love landscapes and still life, abstract or otherwise. The colours of the earth and nature in all its magnificence.
